RAMAI PIHAK KECAM CIMB NAIK TARAF SISTEM MASA CUTI TAHUN BARU CINA


KUALA LUMPUR 1 Feb. - Tindakan CIMB Group Holdings Bhd. menaik taraf sistem perkhidmatan perbankan ketika masyarakat menyambut perayaan Tahun Baharu Cina mendapat kecaman pelbagai pihak.

Walaupun CIMB telah mengeluarkan notis pemberitahuan tiga hari sebelum menaik taraf sistem bank tersebut, perkara itu tidak dapat diterima oleh orang ramai kerana melibatkan penggantungan perkhidmatan bank tersebut.

Sejak semalam, pelanggan bank itu secara terbuka mengkritik tindakan bank itu menerusi akaun Facebook rasmi CIMB.

Setakat pukul 7.30 malam, kenyataan rasmi CIMB yang disiarkan dalam laman sosial bank itu berhubung langkah menaiktaraf sistem itu mendapat 81 komen daripada pelanggan bank yang meluahkan rasa tidak puas hati mereka.

Kebanyakan daripada mereka mempersoal tindakan CIMB memilih masa untuk menaik taraf sistem bank tersebut pada musim perayaan sedangkan proses itu boleh dilakukan pada hari biasa secara berperingkat.


Antara komen di FB CIMB Malaysia ialah:
 
Peter Chiam Guo You Dear CIMB, your management should at least SMS us (a small courtesy to inform) which probably one week ahead..You are announcing this maintence via online and FB??!! you expected me to keep on surfing FB or Online to look out for maintence news?! and some it is few days before the shut down!! Even i am not from IT or Maintence department or knowledge about it, I would at least make the Online transfering or ATM machiine available during the maintence period. You must give customer alternative! If you need to urgently upgrade, I understand, but you cant just shut two services at one time!! Please! Put ur self in customer shoes and you would understand how we feel about it! Notes: I am not trying to criticise you all but we as customers wish you all could make this better for us and not worsen it!

Muhammad Fairuz Hamid So, this is it. Saya takde nk komplen sebab pkra ni mmg dh brlaku dan masih blum selesai even byk aduan. Skrng saya nk tahu, kalau kami semua trlewat bayar untuk loan atau bil yg ada deadline adakah kami akan dikenakan penalty charge? Kami semua warga yg sbuk bekerja jadi bukan setiap masa kami dpt tahu info terkini. Barangkali iklan TV harus diguna pakai untuk memberi maklumat segera kepada kami. 

Soalan ke 2, jika nombor akaun kami..Tak kira apa jenis akaun sekali pun..Apa cara kami boleh tahu dgn segera? Melalui surat? Melalui online banking? Atau terpaksa beratur panjang untuk sesi recover semula nombor akaun? Dan apa akan jadi jika kami termasukkan no akaun yg lama?

Soalan ke-3, adakah dengan system upgrading ini..Segala maklumat dan simpanan wang kami tidak terancam dengan salah laku dan jenayah siber?Itu saja soalan yg saya nk ajukan. Terima kasih
 
Farhan Rafaie Jaafar CIMB has denied our rights to our own money....what type of bank is this?...I think there's gonna be a bank run this Monday....I will definitely close my account with CIMB after this monkey driven upgrade fiasco....
 
Hon Seng Phuah This bank does not respect Chinese community who may withdraw money for some expenses and some children may deposit to their saving account to avoid get robbed. This bank does not seem to serve the community but think of their own benefits and profits over account holders convenience. fuck.
 
Nofa Stella CIMB BANK are really dispointed me...its really bad you know..you are trouble too much people in malaysia that use CIMB as the main of their BANKS FOR in and out money...HOW DARE all the system will be close on the PUBLIC HOLIDAY and CHINESE NEW YEAR like this stupid...How stupid this can happen..IF CIMB BANK REALLY want to upgrade your system,you should done this on working days...,so that we all yours customer can go to CIMB BANK branch near to withdraw money,deposit etc....,not on PUBLIC HOLIDAY and FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS idiot...IF emergency case happen example critical illness..,and we cannot withdraw our own money,would you responsible for what happened or just hands off?? CAN WE,ALL OF CIMB BANK CUSTOMER GOING TO MAKE LOAN FROM DIRECTOR,BOARDS OF DIRECTORS AND ALL THE CIMB STAFF????CAN OR NOT LEND US SOMES MONEY FOR US TO USE UNTILL THE SYSTEM BACK TO BE FINE...STUPIDDDD.... An Ra Stupid cimb...you just a retarded. You spoil your corporate name to core. for 4 days you just never exist in Malaysia. Giving notification is not enough. You should have back up plan.How can you just close down your system and not letting people to take out money. And those who so stupid by asking people to withdraw money in advance just remember that someone cant stuck 10000 ringgit in his wallet.

Tna Tiff Yang complain kat sini either too dumb or too educated. Wise man said "belajar tinggi-2 bodoh bertingkat-2". Cubalah dulu kerja bank back end processing tgk mcm mana. Kalau atm&cdm machine lousy, memekak. CIMB upgrade to serve u guys better pun memekak jugak. Semua org dah dpt notice a month before kot. Semua info nak suap meh ? Kaki aku taknak ? Steven Albert Which part of the notice you don't understand. They are having a system upgrade to serve better. Notice was made available in every branch, on the web and applications 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Blame yourself, not the bank!! Pathetic people!!
